Flying High at SkyZone!
This week, students got out some energy by jumping the afternoon away at the SkyZone Trampoline Park! After two weeks of snowstorms and snow days, students were eager to get off campus and get out some energy! We played some competitive dodgeball, jumped into a massive foam pit, and made some slam dunks in the basketball court zone. Although some were hesitant at first, students stepped out of their comfort zones and tried new tricks and took risks, and had a blast!

Early in the week, a group went to eat Hot Pot near campus, and stopped by the Asian Market. This was an enjoyable e

Last Monday, students enjoyed a delicious Thai Coconut Curry on Monday night at MAIA. SA Rachael gathered a group of students to learn how to make this delicious dish in the SA kitchen from scratch! One of the students actually accompanied SA Rachael to the store to buy ingredients

To help teach students about stress management and relaxation techniques, Student Services set up a make-your-own own stress ball table during lunch. Students learned how to make a stress ball as well as how to manage stress during finals week. During lunch period in between finals, 2 SAs set up a table in the cafeteria where students could stop by and make stress balls and have
