Leah boccaccio

Originally from central Connecticut, Leah received her B.A. in both Psychology and French from the University of Vermont.  During her undergraduate studies, she spent a semester abroad at the University of Nantes in France where she received her university diploma in French studies.  Leah then went on to pursue her Master's degree at the Ruhr University in northwestern Germany, where she lived for three years while teaching English to students from Germany and around the world.  Before coming to MAIA, Leah worked with Chinese high school students as a college counselor in Providence, RI.  She has really enjoyed working as a Student Advisor at MAIA over the last year, and is very much looking forward to taking on the role of Coordinator of Student Services to continue helping students reach their goals!
