Inter-faith Meal Packing At Merrimack College

MAIA students visited Merrimack College on Wednesday, February 8 to volunteer their time to pack meals for food-insecure families. Our students had the opportunity to learn about what Inter-faith meant, discuss what the "Golden Rule" in different religions meant, and meet Merrimack college students and staff to practice their speaking. They were a huge aid in helping the college successfully reach their goal of packing 15,000 meals. They worked hard in their individual roles in meal packing and had some meaningful conversations about the work they did as well as regarding the population they were helping.
