MAIA’s 2020 Chinese New Year Dinner Party

On the evening of Tuesday, January 21, 2020, MAIA held a dinner party to celebrate the coming Chinese New Year. Red lanterns, red envelopes, red tablecloths...everything evoked a happy atmosphere of the Spring Festival. Chef Liang and kitchen staff made dumplings, spring rolls, hot and sour soup, tilapia, whole chickens, braised pork, fried noodles...The strong Chinese flavors represented our best wishes to the students for the new year, and we hoped to relieve students' homesickness for China and their families. We wish everyone at MAIA a joyful and healthy New Year in 2020!
